Fees, costs and share capital: plan your total budget.
Our fees
They pay for the work entrusted to LogiCount. Company formation is a one-off engagement. Ongoing accounting is a separate, recurring scope.
External costs
Notary, registers, paid formalities, bank and any translations are budgeted separately. They vary with the legal form and the specifics of the file.
Share capital
It finances the company. It does not pay the firm and does not replace the cash you need to plan for your first months of activity.
Holding companies, domiciliation and payroll: a quote based on your needs.
For these needs, a single figure would not mean much. We define the work before quoting it.
Holding & group
Number of shareholdings, countries, financing, movements and documentation to review.
On quotationDomiciliation
Eligibility of the structure, mail services, establishment needs and agreed arrangements.
On quotationPayroll
Headcount, joiners and leavers, variables and the social security formalities you need.
