Your profit, your costs, your cash flow: let’s talk.

We organise your bookkeeping and explain the points that deserve your attention.

Throughout the year

From your first invoices to your annual accounts.

Regular bookkeeping and the preparation of the annual accounts are two stages of the same work.

1

Organise your documents

We agree on a way to send us your invoices, statements and receipts that fits your working habits.

2

Keep and review your books

We process your transactions and identify missing documents or points to clarify, to build reliable, up-to-date accounts.

3

Prepare the annual accounts

We prepare the year-end closing and the annual accounts based on the information available and the framework that applies to your company.

4

Make your figures clear

We explain the main items and the points to watch, so you can take ownership of your accounts.

The right documents, in the right place

A method for your documents. A solid basis for your accounts.

Together we define how to send the useful information and flag any unusual transactions.

Invoices & receipts

The documents that record your activity.

Bank statements

The movements to reconcile with your transactions.

Contracts & information

The context needed to handle specific matters.

Bookkeeping in practice

Every period, from documents to follow-up points.

The frequency depends on your business and the engagement. Here is how we work together on your accounts.

YOUR DOCUMENTS

You send your documents

Invoices, bank statements, receipts and new contracts, through the agreed channel.

OUR WORK

We process and reconcile

Recording transactions, reconciliations and identifying missing information.

YOUR FOLLOW-UP

We clarify open points

An unusual expense, an unpaid invoice or an investment: you know what still needs explaining or preparing.

In practice

What your engagement includes.

The engagement letter sets out the work, its frequency and the information to send us. Day-to-day bookkeeping and the year-end closing are organised together.

Bookkeeping & checks

Recording purchases, sales and bank transactions, reconciliations, monitoring customer and supplier accounts, handling fixed assets and following up on missing documents.

Year-end closing & annual accounts

Review of balances, year-end entries, preparation of the balance sheet, the profit and loss account and the applicable notes. The work is explained to you before approval by the competent bodies.

Preparing the filings

Preparation of the standardised accounting data and the documents to be filed, when this work is entrusted to the firm. Required approvals and register fees are shown separately.

Already working with a fiduciary?

Answers to your questions.

Can’t find the answer for your situation? Tell us what you need.

Do you work with newly formed companies?
Yes. We can set up your accounting organisation from day one to help you adopt good habits from your very first transactions.
Which documents do I need to send you?
Mainly invoices, bank statements, contracts and relevant supporting documents. The list and the way to send them are defined according to your business.
Can you take over existing accounts?
Yes, after reviewing the situation and the information available. Together we agree on the documents to collect and the handover to organise.
Are the annual accounts and VAT included?
The quote sets out the services included. The standard accounting package shown on our pricing page covers bookkeeping, annual accounts and the routine returns planned for that scope. Specific transactions are reviewed separately.
How does the takeover of my accounts work?
We identify the documents to collect, the latest returns and the upcoming deadlines. The trial balance, general ledger and latest annual accounts are used to prepare the takeover. Any catch-up work is quoted before we start.
