Yes. At LogiCount, your direct contact is a chartered accountant (expert-comptable). She knows your file, explains your options and goes through the questions related to your business with you.
Is the first consultation really free?
Yes, and there is no obligation. It lets you present your situation, ask your first questions and understand the support we offer. Our services are then set out in a quote.
Can I contact you before my company is set up?
Yes. We can help you choose between an SARL, SARL-S or SA, plan your budget and organise the formalities. You do not need to know every step to get started.
Can a company be set up quickly?
Yes, depending on the project and how quickly the documents are available. A complete file and coordinated formalities help things move efficiently. We agree the timeline with you, taking into account the bank, the notary where required and any authorisations needed.
What budget should I plan for a company formation?
LogiCount’s fees start at €1,950 excl. VAT for a simple SARL or SARL-S, within the scope detailed on our Pricing page. Share capital, third-party costs and services after formation are separate. Your quote confirms the amounts.
Do you also work with businesses that are already up and running?
Yes. Accounting, annual accounts, tax, VAT, payroll, domiciliation and holding companies: we review your needs and, where necessary, organise the takeover of your file.
